Yolanda Sosin

Yolanda Sosin , 92, passed peacefully surrounded by the love of her family on September 25, 2023.
Yolanda was born on September 16, 1931 in Habana Cuba. She immigrated to the United States with her husband Roberto and her two daughters in 1962. She later had her third daughter. She worked several years as a factory laborer and dedicated most of her life to raising her daughters and her family. She was an amazing cook, took pride in her home and she was always content with the simplest of things.

Yolanda is predeceased by her husband Roberto(2018), her daughter Yolanda, and her sisters Nancy and Delia. She is survived by her daughters/ son in laws Miriam and Ramon Martelo and Elizabeth and Alberto Rodrigues. She is also survived by her sister Irma Valdes, grandchildren Laura Keane, Christina Hunte, Michael and David Martelo , Alexia and Samuel Rodrigues, great grand children Madeline and Evan Keane, and Emma Martelo, as well as other family and friends who loved her dearly.

The family expresses their gratitude to the wonderful staff of the west wing at the Hampton Ridge Healthcare and Rehab facility in Toms River who provided excellent care to Yolanda over the past 7 years .

Friends and family will be received Thursday from 10:00am - 12:00pm at Bronson and Guthlein Funeral Home. Funeral service will follow at 12:00pm at the funeral home.

Internment will follow at Holy cross burial park.
