Carmen R. (Ramos) Grott
Obituary
Carmen R. Grott of Monroe Twp., NJ (formerly of Milltown, NJ), passed away peacefully on October 5, 2021 at Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital. She was 91 years old. Born in Cayey, Puerto Rico, Carmen was a longtime resident of Milltown. Her life was guided by a strong and enduring Catholic faith and she was a parishioner of Our Lady of Lourdes RC Church, Milltown. She was a dedicated and loving wife, mother, and grandmother and cherished time spent with her family.
Predeceased by her beloved husband Frederick Grott, Carmen is survived by daughter Marie Catanese, daughter and son-in-law Theresa and John Jennings, and grandchildren Rocco and Samantha Catanese; Caitlin Jennings, John Jennings and his wife Jaclyn, Colin Jennings and his fiancé Lucia, and Lindsay Jennings.
Friends will be received on Monday, 4:00-7:00pm at the Bronson and Guthlein Funeral Home of Milltown. The funeral mass will be celebrated Tuesday, 10:00am at Our Lady of Lourdes Church followed by burial at Holy Cross Burial Park, Jamesburg, NJ.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
