Angelica (De La Cruz) Brletic

Angelica Brletic from East Elmhurst, NY, born and raised in Pampas Tayacaja,Peru, passed away on Sunday, April 16,2023 at her daughters home in Clermont, Florida where she lived with her daughters Maria and Klara and grandsons Christian and Charlie. 

Angelica was 81 years old. She married and raised her five children in Jackson Heights, NY. Angelica was an admirable woman. She bravely left Peru at the age of 23 with a desire to learn English. She worked as a nanny with a family that loved and appreciated her very much. Then she went on to work as a caring home health aide. She was hardworking and dependable. She was very responsible with her earnings and saved all she could. She was a great role model to her children, who have followed in her footsteps. She was a devout Catholic who always went to church and prayed for her children. Her family believes it was her prayers that protected them from harm. 

Angelica is survived by her sisters Maria, Lupe, and Rita; her five children Maria, Josip, Marko, Luka, and Klara; her six grandchildren Adrian, Angelo, Genesis, Christian, Charlie, and Nicole.
