Mary Jane Kohlhepp was born on James St. in South River, NJ on May 9, 1933. She was born to Margaret and Leo Cannon and was one of 7 children. Mary was employed for over 20 years by the Borough of Milltown as a Court Administrator and as a Court Clerk for East Brunswick. She was a faithful parishioner of Our Lady of Lourdes Church in Milltown and was a member of the Altar Rosary Society for many years.
Predeceased by her husband of 63 years Milton Kohlhepp, her brothers Leo Cannon, Matthew Cannon, Brian Cannon, sisters Margaret Hall and Barbara O'Donnell; Mary is survived by her brother James Cannon (Loretta) of South Amboy, her children Kevin Kohlhepp, Keith Kohlhepp (Diana), Milton Kohlhepp (Kathleen), Michael Kohlhepp (Annette), Brenda Lawrence (Paul), Bonnie Durrenberger (John), and Kyle Kohlhepp (AnnaMaria). Mary's life revolved around her grandchildren- Kelly Riley, Keith Kohlhepp, Kimberly Sack, Jessica Dale, Kristine Peretz, Paul Lawrence, Taylor Kohlhepp, John Durrenberger, Milton Kohlhepp, Kaitlyn Strang, Kevin Durrenberger, Sara Rodriguez, Siena Castagliola and Anthony Castagliola, and her great-grandchildren Jayden, Robert Joseph (RJ), Logan, Colin, Elizabeth, Dominick, Brandon, Emma, Carter, Cole, Theodore and Greyson. She has many loved nieces and nephews.
Family and friends will be received Tuesday 4:00pm – 8:00pm at the Bronson and Guthlein Funeral Home of Milltown, NJ. The funeral mass will be celebrated Wednesday 10:00am at Our Lady of Lourdes Church followed by entombment at Holy Cross Burial Park, East Brunswick, NJ.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
